Luke Gingell

Luke Gingell is a Director in the Fiduciary Specialist Team for RBC Wealth Management’s trust and fiduciary business.

Based in Jersey, Luke is responsible for overseeing the administration of a portfolio of private wealth structures (trusts and companies) for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. He is also responsible for identifying and developing new business and client opportunities and developing relationships with specialist advisers around the world. 

Prior to joining RBC, Luke was a private wealth lawyer in England and Jersey for over a decade. He has advised on the establishment, restructuring and termination of highly bespoke, valuable and international private wealth structures, including trusts and foundations.

Luke is a full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and, when he gets the chance, playing golf.
