Stephen Ritzema

Stephen Ritzema is a Director for RBC Wealth Management’s trust and fiduciary business.

Based in Jersey, Stephen leads the Specialist Team in the Fiduciary Services division. He is responsible for managing the affairs of a number of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, through a range of fiduciary structures including trusts, foundations and private trust companies. Stephen’s client base is global, but he has a particular focus on those connected to the UK, the US and Canada.

He also leads a team of fiduciary specialists responsible for promoting, identifying and developing new opportunities for the fiduciary services business.

Stephen started his career in 1987 at a private bank, before moving to Abacus Financial Services in 1989. He joined RBC Wealth Management in 2005, following its acquisition of Abacus. He is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Outside of work, Stephen is a keen sportsman who regularly plays field hockey and golf.
