Director, Relationship Management
William Sheard is a Director in the Corporate Executives team for RBC Private Wealth, part of RBC Wealth Management’s European business.
Based in London, he primarily works with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across a range of industries, from financial services, hedge funds and private equity, through to technology, industrials and commodities.
Having worked extensively with RBC’s corporate and private trust businesses, William has a strong understanding of the structures and strategies many executives use for their compensation and the importance of wealth planning to help achieve their long-term financial goals.
William joined RBC in 2014 in the Investments team, before moving into Relationship Management. He holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Warwick, alongside IAD, PCIAM and CeMap qualifications. He also holds Chartered FCSI status.
William has a broad range of interests. In his spare time, he is a keen rugby fan and skier, keeps up with politics and current affairs, travels, reads and visits the theatre.
