Christina Dorey-Gray is regional vice president of Private Banking for Greater Toronto and international clients. She leads a team of private bankers and enterprise private client professionals who provide multifaceted wealth strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, their families and their businesses. This includes supporting clients across the Greater Toronto Region, enterprise private clients in Ontario and international families with lifestyle and business interests in Canada.

Christina also oversees Private Banking’s central region sales support team and national associate support team, and collaborates with key partners in business financial services, Wealth Management Canada, group risk management and regional banking to improve the client and employee experiences.

Most recently, Christina served as regional vice president for RBC Private Banking, Toronto. Since joining RBC in 1996, she has held a variety of sales and leadership roles in both personal and commercial banking where she was responsible for retail, small business and financial planning employees and clients in the uptown and midtown Toronto communities.

Originally from Montreal, Christina graduated with a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies degree from Western University and a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University. She is an accredited financial planner, and was awarded the Specialty, Trust Institute Diploma.

Christina has served as an executive board member and committee lead on the YWCA Toronto Board of Directors since 2016.

She is an active fundraiser for several local charities and is focused on creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace. At RBC, Christina was the executive co-chair for the Greater Toronto Area Pride Employee Resource Group for four years and has also been deeply involved in supporting the next generation of talent as a mentor and coach.

She and her husband are proud parents of two children.
