Yes, we are pleased to offer points redemption on travel through RBC Avion Concierge! Your concierge will redeem your Avion points for travel at the rates listed below. The transaction will be processed onto your RBC credit card followed by a statement of credit based on the number of points redeemed.
Yes. You can continue to make self-service bookings through the Avion Rewards app or avionrewards.com. You will have access to the Avion Travel Redemption Schedule or redeem for business class fares at 100 Avion points = $2.00 CAD. Bookings through the self-service channels will continue to be serviced through 1-877-636-2870. Please note the RBC Avion Concierge team does not have access to self-service bookings and cannot make changes to bookings made through self-service channels.
The RBC Avion Concierge services is available 24/7. The service is available by phone or email in your preferred language of English, French, Cantonese or Mandarin. In order to guarantee availability in Cantonese or Mandarin, we recommend emailing contact@rbcavionconcierge.com 24-48 hours in advance to coordinate an appointment. If your inquiry is urgent and a concierge isn’t available live, the RBC Avion Concierge will connect with you using the assistance of a live translation service.
