Rhi Macaulay

Rhi is an Associate Director for the Southwest offices, where she plays a central role in driving business development across Exeter, Plymouth and Truro. Since joining RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2010, she has developed a strong passion for supporting growth, raising the profile of the offices, and building meaningful relationships with clients and professional partners.

She leads on marketing and engagement initiatives that connect people and create opportunity, from client and professional events to wider community building. A natural relationship-builder, Rhi is passionate about increasing visibility and ensuring the offices are seen as a trusted and approachable presence.

Alongside this, she is a strong advocate for culture and wellbeing, fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where colleagues feel valued and empowered. She also oversees the offices’ charitable and community impact activity, supporting both local causes and the Region’s charity partners, and is proud of the positive, people-first culture she helps to shape.
