Tasneem joined RBC PH&N Investment Counsel as our Chief Investment Strategist in 2023. In her role, she is responsible for providing leadership to develop the strategic direction of the investment platform, portfolio risk management, and related growth initiatives into specific deliverables that add value to Investment Counsellors and their clients.
She has 20 years’ experience in equity analysis and portfolio management. Prior to joining PH&N IC, Tasneem worked on and led the U.S. Equity desk for the Portfolio Advisory Group (PAG) at RBC Dominion Securities for close to 10 years during which she launched product and sat on a number of investment committees for portfolios managed by the desk.
Tasneem began her career in finance in Equity Research at UBS Securities Canada in 2006 where she was responsible for the coverage of the Canadian Industrials and Transportation Sector.
Tasneem holds a B.S. (Hons) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and is a CFA charterholder.
